- On October 7, 2001 at approximately 01:30 AM, Ren KIM was one of a number of people involved in an altercation in the parking lot of the Westgate Hotel located at 3440 Bow Trail SW. During the altercation, an unknown suspect injured KIM. Kim was transported to hospital where he later died of his injuries.
