- On July 17, 1971 at around 7:00 AM, the badly beaten body of George GREEN was found in the parking lot of the New Noble Hotel located at 119 12th Avenue SW. GREEN was last seen alive at around 1:30 AM leaving the lounge of the hotel. It appeared that he was attacked near his vehicle in the parking lot in an apparent robbery.
