- On February 26, 1989 at approximately 1:20 AM, police responded to a large fight at the Marlborough Park Community Association. Upon arrival, police located Ngeng POOVONG, who had been attacked and was transported to hospital where he later died of his injuries. POOVONG was a bouncer for the event and was trying to keep the peace.
