This features individuals who have outstanding warrants; people who law enforcement is actively seeking in relation to criminal charges. These cases often carry urgency due to public safety concerns. If you recognize someone here, or know where they might be, it is important to notify Crime Stoppers or the police immediately (ideally without engaging them yourself).
This covers cases where law enforcement has evidence, but the identity of the offender, suspect, or relevant person is unknown. It could involve unidentified suspects in crimes, unknown persons connected to evidence, or unsolved crimes where witnesses or forensic evidence exist but do not yet point to someone. The photos do not necessarily depict guilt. Tips from the public may help name or locate the unknown person.
These are older investigations which have not been solved and where no active leads are currently known. They include serious crimes such as homicides, long-term missing persons, sex crimes, and other offences. Even decades after a crime, new information such as forgotten witnesses, re-examined evidence, or advances in forensic science can help bring justice. Your tip could be the key to closure.

Unresolved murder cases. If you know anything about these past cases however small that might assist the investigation, please speak up. Individuals who have been missing for a significant period, and whose cases have not yet been resolved. Information about their last known whereabouts, contacts, or sightings can be valuable. Contact Calgary Police Services at 403 266 1234 or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
Offences involving sexual assault or abuse which remain unresolved. These cases are often difficult due to lack of witnesses or physical evidence, so any tip you can provide, no matter how small may help uncover new leads.
This category covers serious crimes outside of homicide, missing persons, or sexual offences (for example, violent assaults, major property crimes etc.) that have gone cold. These might not receive as much public visibility, but every case matters.
