Break and enter and vehicle theft

At approximately 11:45 p.m., on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, an unknown man entered a residence, located in the community of Auburn Bay, through an unlocked front door. Once inside, the man then took two sets of keys from the kitchen counter along with a black Diesel watch. The man exited the residence and drove away in the victim’s 2014 dark brown Ford F150 truck.

The truck had a garage door opener, tools, some cash, two Armani Suits, a men’s Danier black leather jacket, black iPad mini and a brown leather Danier wallet containing multiple credit cards and other miscellaneous identification

The suspect is described as 20 to 25 years old, 5’8” to 6’ tall, clean shaven with shaggy brown hair. He was wearing a button up collared shirt, jeans, and had bare feet.

On Sunday, March 19, 2017, at approximately 11:30 p.m., unknown culprits broke into Mary Brown’s located at 11135 14 St. N.E., by prying open both the front and back doors of the business. Once inside, they located and removed a safe containing an undisclosed amount of cash.

The first suspect is described as Caucasian wearing a black hoodie, with a white mask over his face, blue jeans and dark sneakers with white toes. He was carrying a blue pry bar.

The second suspect is described as Caucasian wearing a blue and orange Chicago Bears hoodie, a grey Underarmour baseball cap on backwards with an orange logo on it, red fabric over his face, green pants and white shoes. He was carrying a black pry bar & hammer.

CCTV captured an unknown third male outside of the business around the time of the offence who is believed to be associated. Culprits appear to have arrived in a dark colored Ford pickup truck.

Theft from Bank

On Friday, April 7, 2017, just before 5:30 p.m., a man walked into the ATB located at 1337 Macleod Trail S.E., and approached a bank teller indicating he wanted to exchange a large amount of $100 bills for $50 bills. The teller complied however, the man then stated he wanted the cash in U.S. currency. The teller told him this was not possible and the man asked for his original cash to be returned.

While the teller’s back was turned, the man reached over the wicket and took an undisclosed number of bills before leaving the bank.

The suspect is described as 5’9” tall, approximately 210 lbs., with a heavy build, short dark hair and sideburns. He was unshaven at the time and wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with green lining and grey sweatpants.
