On Saturday, May 27, 2017, at approximately 3:30 a.m., an unknown man forced open the rear door to Tridyne Projects Corporation located at 635 6 Ave. S.W.

Once inside the man removed 10 pictures of sports memorabilia from the wall then he exited the building.

The suspect then took a taxi to 415 1 Ave. N.E., he told the driver his name was Mike.

The suspect is described as 45 to 55 years old, with a slim build, and a grey goatee/beard. He was wearing glasses, a dark jacket, light blue jeans, and a black toque with maple leaf.

Flying Squirrel Break and enter

On Sunday, May 14, 2017, approximately at 7:30 a.m., two unknown offenders forced entry into The Flying Squirrel amusement park located at 105, 572 Aero Dr. N.E.

Once inside the offenders disabled the CCTV cameras then targeted the cash boxes in the building. They then moved multiple other items in preparation to remove them from the location however the offenders were scared off when they were interrupted by an employee who entered the building.

The offenders were observed fleeing into a white cube van in an unknown direction.

Robbery

On Sunday, June 11, 2017, at approximately 8:30 a.m. an unknown man wielding a weapon entered the Mac’s convenience store located at 2439 54 Ave. S.W. As the suspect entered the store he grabbed onto a customer, dragged him behind the till and forced him to sit down.

The culprit then grabbed the clerk, while gesturing with the weapon, and demanded money. The Clerk complied and placed an undisclosed amount of cash into a plastic bag and the suspect left.

The suspect is described as dark skinned, approximately 25 to 30 years old, 5'10" tall, weighing approximately 200 lbs., with acne scars and a deep voice. He was wearing a green, blue and grey DC brand winter jacket with the hood up, plaid flannel pants, a scarf or T-shirt wrapped around his lower face, and sunglasses.
